As an IT specialist (f/m/d), your favorite place is the computer and programming languages are not foreign to you. You are always on the trail of the latest technological trends and already have an eye on tomorrow’s technology today. You will be involved in administering the digital workplace for AuRü employees as well as keeping the underlying server and network infrastructure up to date.

 

Tasks:

  1. Installation and configuration of IT systems: You are responsible for the installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software components such as servers, computers, networks and operating systems.
  2. Network administration: You configure and manage network components such as routers, switches and firewalls to ensure communication and data exchange within the company.
  3. Error analysis and troubleshooting: You identify and resolve IT problems and malfunctions, both hardware and software, and support users with technical questions and concerns.
  4. System monitoring and maintenance: You will monitor IT systems and networks, carry out regular maintenance work and implement security measures to ensure a smooth and secure IT infrastructure.
  5. Supporting the introduction of new technologies: You will assist in the evaluation, implementation and integration of new IT technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business.
  6. Documentation: You create documentation, instructions and training materials to help users use IT systems and share knowledge.

Requirements:

  1. School-leaving certificate: At least intermediate school-leaving certificate (Realschule, Fachoberschule or Abitur)
  2. Interest and knowledge in IT: You should have a strong interest in information technology and computers. Basic knowledge in areas such as hardware, operating systems, networks and IT security is an advantage.
  3. Problem solving skills: You should have analytical and logical thinking skills to identify, analyze and find solutions to IT problems.
  4. Ability to work in a team: You will work closely with other IT specialists and employees, so teamwork and communication skills are important.
  5. Customer orientation: You should have good communication skills and be able to pass on technical information to non-technical users in an understandable way.
  6. Flexibility and willingness to learn: The IT industry is constantly evolving, so it’s important to be open to new technologies and be willing to keep learning.
