Tasks:
- Develop marketing concepts: You will support the development of marketing strategies and concepts to increase awareness of products or services.
- Market research: You carry out market analyses, observe competitors and analyze target groups in order to gain insights for the development of marketing measures.
- Campaign planning and implementation: You will help with the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns, including the selection of suitable advertising media and communication channels.
- Content creation: You support the creation of promotional content such as texts, images, videos or graphics for various channels such as websites, social media or print materials.
- Online marketing: You support the implementation of online marketing measures such as search engine optimization (SEO), social media marketing or e-mail marketing.
- Event management: You will be involved in the planning and organization of events such as trade fairs, congresses or product presentations.

Requirements:

As an IT specialist (f/m/d), your favorite place is the computer and programming languages are not foreign to you. You are always on the trail of the latest technological trends and already have an eye on tomorrow’s technology today. You will be involved in administering the digital workplace for AuRü employees as well as keeping the underlying server and network infrastructure up to date.
Tasks:
- Installation and configuration of IT systems: You are responsible for the installation, configuration and commissioning of hardware and software components such as servers, computers, networks and operating systems.
- Network administration: You configure and manage network components such as routers, switches and firewalls to ensure communication and data exchange within the company.
- Error analysis and troubleshooting: You identify and resolve IT problems and malfunctions, both hardware and software, and support users with technical questions and concerns.
- System monitoring and maintenance: You will monitor IT systems and networks, carry out regular maintenance work and implement security measures to ensure a smooth and secure IT infrastructure.
- Supporting the introduction of new technologies: You will assist in the evaluation, implementation and integration of new IT technologies and solutions to improve the efficiency and productivity of the business.
- Documentation: You create documentation, instructions and training materials to help users use IT systems and share knowledge.
Requirements:

As an office management assistant, you will take on a central role in our company and contribute to the efficient organization of everyday office life. During your training, you will be deployed in various departments and get to know all the important tasks of an office manager.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- General office organization: You support the planning, organization and implementation of office management processes. This includes, for example, processing mail, keeping appointment and task lists and maintaining documents and files.
- Customer communication: You are the contact person for customers and business partners, process inquiries and coordinate appointments. You will also be responsible for preparing meetings and creating presentations.
- Personnel administration: You will provide support with personnel planning and support, draw up employment contracts and organize training or further training for employees. You will also be responsible for payroll accounting.
- Bookkeeping and accounting: You will be involved in the preparation of invoices, monitor incoming payments and process correspondence with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for cash accounting and evaluating key business figures.
- Project work: You support the implementation of projects, for example by researching information, creating protocols and documenting the progress of the project.
Requirements:

Get to know the basics of procurement, economic and business processes as well as the marketing sector and enrich your interest and knowledge on a daily basis.
Tasks:
- Procurement and purchasing of goods: You are responsible for selecting and negotiating with suppliers, obtaining quotations and ordering goods.
- Sales and marketing: You support customer acquisition, advise customers and prepare offers. You will also take care of the shipping and logistics of the goods sold.
- Warehousing and logistics: You monitor the stock of goods, organize warehousing and are responsible for planning and coordinating the transport of goods.
- Order processing: You process customer orders, create invoices and monitor incoming payments.
- Market analysis: You observe the market and analyze trends in order to adapt the product range and sales strategy.
- Office and administrative work: You support the preparation of offers, invoices, statistics and other administrative tasks.
